what should my income and expenses be to qualify for a mortgae loan modification?

tafolla326 Joined: 12 Mar 2009 Posts: 2 1.52 Dollars($)	Posted: Thu Mar 12, 2009 12:11 pm    Post subject: what should my income and expenses be to qualify for a mortg what should my income and expenses be to qualify for a mortgae loan modification?...my income is $2,663.00 a month and my monthly expenses are $2,052.00 is that bad.Would i not qualify for a loan modification.my home loan is $237,200.00 for 30 years at a 6.875% interest rate and i pay $2,414.00 a month towards my mortage.

It can be difficult for you to get a loan modification. But, I would suggest you to write a hardship letter to your lender and check what he has to say in this issue.
