Can the same Realtor do a shortsale for the seller and also do the purchasing for the buyer on the same house??

it is possible for the same realtor to go for short sell and buying for another person as long as he does not have any ownership with the property in any percentage. :wink:
Is it legal for people to come look at the house that we live in thats in short sale, without us being home?? Do we have to leave our key in the lock box??
The buyers can come and have a look at the property but I don't think it's legal that you would have to leave the keys in the lock box.
