Can I put the rental payments into a seperate account until the lender does what there gonna do. Owner is taking the money and not paying the mortgage therefore putting me at risk of not having a place to live.

If you do not pay the dues to the landlord, it will be a breach of contract. You can start searching for another property in the meanwhile and try to move out. Thanks
