I still had a mortage on the land thru another source. The home was sold at auction and left me a balance of $33,000. The person buying the home at the auction has not moved the home from my property since purchasing it in Feb '09. I have heard that I can file for an abandoned home title. Please advise as I need to act quickly.

You will have to contact the DMV and check out what steps you need to take in order to transfer the vehicle in your name. But in my opinion, it would be better if you could contact an attorney and get his opinion in this regard. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
