You can contact your lender and ask for a loan modification. You will have to write a hardship letter to the lender in order to apply for a modification and inform him about your financial situation. The lender will judge your financial situation based on the hardship letter and then accept or reject your offer. Feel free to ask if you have further queries. Sussane
