Am I financially responsible for paying the mortgage if my name is NOT on the mortgage loan, but it IS on the deed of trust. Am I required to quit claim in divorce?

"no", you're not financially responsible, and you're only required to Quit Claim it as a result of Divorce if that's what was agreed to as part of the Divorce Decree.
