We were advised by agents that they had taken it off the market (7 days later) we have now been informed that people who were interested have now sold their property (we have none to sell) and have given an offer higher than ours and have advised the Vendors (which I believe they can do) but if the property is taken off the market and shown as sold surely that is the end of it. How can you put an offer on a property alleged Not now on the market. We specifically asked if it would be taken off the market and were advised YES. Where do we stand. We are consulting our Solicitors but need to know a little more.

Hi doreenkitchener,

If you want to sell off your property, then you'll have to list the property again in the market. Check out the present selling prices of the property in your area. You can quote a price close to that selling price and check if you can get buyers for the property.

Thanks
