I started working on a motorcycle for my brother about q year ago. He has owedme money for parts and paint now for almost that long. I sent him a tewt message that i wanted paid by the end of the following day. He called and said alright.... its now past the due day and he hasn't paid or calld.. can i part out the bike for the money owed to me???

Hi c80slider,

You can send him a written 3-day notice and let him know that if he does not pay at the end of 3 days, you would sell off the bike to recover your dues. Check out if he clears the dues or not. If not, then you may sell off the bike.

Thanks adonis, canI sell the whole bike or do I have to keep the frame. Sinse he has the title the frame is really the only thing that corrisponds to the title. Sell off the parts of the bike and give him back th empty frame..

As he is the owner of the frame of the bike, I guess, you should sell off the parts and return the frame to your brother.
