Hi myfijianbaby!

Welcome to forums!

This is a mortgage community wherein members participate and share their queries to get suggestions. I do not think any of the members here can help you in updating the year of the mobile home. You can contact an appraiser and check out the appraised value of the property and then list it in the market. You may get buyers for the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

The Bank is incorrect. It can be financed with any HUD-approved program, or VA or USDA programs. The cut-off date is June 15, 1976, and yours was manufactured the following year.
