i am going to sell my proprty and have found a mobile home that i would love to purchase but i do not think the sellers will wate for me to sell i will need $115/000 untill my proprty is sold can you help me

Hi carol,

Did you list your property in the market and check out if are getting buyers for the property? You can contact any real estate broker and check out if buyers are interested in buying your existing property.

As far as the mobile home is concerned, you can negotiate with the seller and check out if he is ready to go for a lease and purchase agreement.
