I want to stay in my house been ther over 25 years and dont know what to do My house was already in a sheriff sale can someone give me some good advice today please?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I'm not clear on your situation. Do you own the home? Was it in a foreclosure? Have you been given notice by the Sheriff's dept to vacate?

Hi Tinnruss,

What's your exact situation? did you miss payments and how many? didn't you ask for an alternative repayment plan or something like it so that you can pay down the loan? what is the sale date?
