We're involved in a short sale and we just received our final docs to sign. Most of the paper work is self explanitory but a few questions are tricky. We are the seller, we now live out of state, the sale has beed going on for over 10 months, we used to own our own business... The question we're not sure about is... Did we ever run our business from our "residence" after 1997? We did, but in a detached room, we also used the yard...we owned a photography studio. Should we say yes or no?

Well, assuming that these documents include the usual language stating something to the effect: "... whomever knowingly makes, passes, or publishes any statement knowing the same to be false, shall be fined not more than _____ or imprisoned not more than ____ or both ...", I'd say a resounding "YES" to your question unless orange is your color and you have a fondness for one piece attire.
