My father was married in 1957 to a woman with 3 children. They divorced in 1965, never to remarry. His three former step children whose mother still lived with my father in a common law marriage. The former step mother to me died and they got my father to sign a Life Estate saying they they were his step children. They were nothing to this man. Is there a possibilty that this could be overturned with the lie to the court? My father is now in a nursing home and they will collect when he dies.
