"can my bank take my ssi money if i owe them money from a currency exchange they did with me and now they want the money back because the bill was too old ,and ive already spent some of the money they gave me, and told mr they will take my ssi checks if they have too

As far as I'm aware of, social security income is immune from creditors. Your bank can sue you and can garnish your wages, but they cannot take your social security income. However, they can get a judgment against you and can take away your assets as well as money from your bank accounts.

savior is right. yes, they can seek and obtain a judgment against you and in the event of a default they can take any amount that is on deposit with them. if that includes your ssi receipts, so be it.
