Judge orders wife to act for both husband and wife in foreclosure and or sale of property with out need of signature or any other consultation with husband. Does the Husband have any recorse? Husband wants to keep property and use new laws and or policies to stop foreclosure caused by divorce and get wife off title.

Hi robertiokepa,

If both the husband and wife are on the property title, then the husband's signatures are required in order to sell off the property. I think the husband should better take the advice of an attorney in this regard and take the right steps.

Thanks

Thanks for the response. I'm actually concidering sueing in criminal court to help with my vindictive not soon enough to be ex-wife's obstanence. There does not seem to be any way for a man to get a fair shake in Hawaii divorce court system, so I have to blow up these issues to bring this litigation back down to a level playing field.

not sure, of course, what the hawaii divorce courts are like, but my question is this: who are you going to sue - the judge? it seems from your initial post that "judge orders" would put the spotlight directly on the judge.

I think you are thinking like sukrat, but I think you should cover the other side of the topic in the post too...
