I have already taken Home loan. but my friend told me as compare to home loan plot loan has less interest rate

IS this true?

If this is true, then can I transfer my home to plot loan ?
how i can do that?
Which document i need to submit?
will current bank will be fine me some amount??

Help me..

never heard of a "home loan plot loan" - i always enjoy trying to decipher what everyone's "friends" have to say.

I agree George - I haven't heard about plot loan. I guess there must have been some kind of mis-communication and Priya needs to talk to her lender and get the issue resolved.

I thing priya want loan on plot and she heard that loan plot has less interest rate than home loan.

IF this is true then he can apply for plot loan and pay payment for home loan and continue with plot loan. This good benefit to priya.

But before that take advoice from ledger.
