Like 0 Dislike 0 my husband and myself have been living in my grandmothers home and paying the mortgage for the past 2 years with the loan in her name. my grandmother has passed away and her daughter put my husband and myself on the deed with a quit claim deed. so heres the question, we do not have the credit to buy the house but now our name is on the deed, so does that help for us to get the loan in our name??? so lost do not know what to do
