Can I have any piece of the property that I want surveyed for my use?

Do I need their approval to have a piece of the land surveyed for my use. I would like to put that piece in my name, to put a manufactured home on it.

You can go for a survey of the land without their approval but while setting up the home/mobile home, you will require the permission of the others. Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
