my parents are bought a house in tx, my mother passed away and my father is no longer living there i have taken the payments over. he wants to sign the house over to me, how do i go about doing this since my mother has passed and her name is on the deed too
you need not worry about the dealings. you need to file a application for the heir ship in your county's office. and then get a quitclaim document signed from your father.
while submitting the docs. you need to furnish death certificate of your mother and will ( if at all it is there.)
