Our bank says i'm the only one on our home loan, but the Deed of Trust has me and my wife as Borrowers . Can this be right? thanks

Yes. You can be on title, but not on the loan. You cannot be on the loan and not on title. This is right, as it was how you closed this loan, using just your self to sign the loan papers, but both spouses on title. Perfectly normal

Hi chansonhall,

I agree with Chris. Your spouse can on the title but not on the mortgage docs. If you want your spouse to be on the mortgage, then both of you need to refinance the existing mortgage.
