For the last 15yrs I've paid my Mom's Taxes & lived with her & paid her bills , without any receipts only b word of mouth,can we still keep the house/if more info call me @361646 3232

You can transfer the property in your name and refinance the mortgage and then pay the bills on time. Thus, your property will be safe and you will be considered as the owner of the property.
