What actions need to be taken if My father has made all of us sign theses deeds over to him. Should I get a copy of my mothers divorce where he gave us this property and he also had in the divorce that we got the minning equipment which he sold and we never got nothing and this happened when I was about 15 years of ags and now I'm 44 years of age.

Welcome char,

You should contact a real estate attorney and discuss your situation with him. He will go through the documents and let you know what legal actions you can take against your father.

A 15-year-old cannot legally transfer an interest in property. The age of 18 is considered majority in most places, though I imagine there might be a few states that still recognize 21 as the majority age.

By all means, contact an attorney and review this situation, as you've been handed a bad deal here.
