I am getting a divorce with my husband and he has agreed to a quitclaim giving me his half of the rights to the house. Only my name appears on the loan/deed. Will he have any other form of entilement or is it pretty much case closed (meaning he transfered all property rights to me)?

Hi edo!

Welcome to forums!

Once your spouse transfers the property to you by using a quitclaim deed, you will become the sole owner of the property. Your spouse won't have any claims over that property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
