Our marrital home is still in joint names. He has not contributed financially for the home since the divorce. I have a last know address, however, have not spoken to since. I cannot sell my home until he is off the property, how can I get this accomplished without him be found?

You can contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you regarding the required steps you need to take in this regard. Thanks
