I just purchased a home in Ohio for my daughter. My husband has signed on the Mortgage and Til.. I have told him he is not responsible for the note and I am the only one who has to pay this back. Can the bank come after his estate or him if I die

Hi Linda,

If your husband's name is solely mentioned on the mortgage docs, then he will be liable for paying the mortgage. The lender cannot come after your daughter for the mortgage payments.

Thanks
