Hi,
If my parents sign their house over to me will i be able to take a Home Equity Line out on the house since it will now be in my name.

Hi Lisa,

As the property is in your name, you will be able to get a home equity loan on that property. However, you should have equity in your property and a good credit score and stable income to qualify for a home equity loan. If you meet all the required criteria of the lender, you'll be able to get a home equity loan.
