My aunt passed away 7 years ago leaving her estate in a trust to me. I have never transferred her name off the property and added my name. I now intend to go back to college. What will the bank require me to do in order to process my loan.

Hi reeve,

You will have to get the property transferred in your name in order to get a loan on that property. You need to contact a real estate attorney and he will assist you in getting the property transferred in your name.
