I have an old deed and survey plan which shows tmy house in boundary of the lot. A recent survey showed that the intended property line does not match what exists now. There were some miscalculations done in 1946. To clear up matters before I sell, my lawyer suggested that I use a quitclaim deed. There are 3 abutters. Dow we all need quitclaim deeds or just me, assuming that they will agree to the intended property line?

You have a lawyer. Take his advice.
