Can I quitclaim a property that is a land lease? Will it protect against attempted debtors liens?

Thank you.

Hi Doug,

If you have leased a land, then I don't think you will be able to quitclaim it. Nevertheless, you should contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you better in this matter.

Thanks,

Jerry
