Hi, I need to have my ex-husband sign a quitclaim deed, and it has been many years since out divorce. It is documented in the divorce papers that he is supposed to do this but he has been a dead-beat dad that has been hiding from child support. I have recently been in contact with him and need to get this done asap. I live in Ohio and am on a very tight budget, is there a way for me to get the paperwork without involving a lawyer?

Hi Tammy!

Welcome to forums!

It is better to contact a real estate attorney and get the quitclaim deed drafted from him.
