N2Deep79 Guest	Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 11:00 am    Post subject: Quit claim Like 0 Dislike 0 My husband and I refinanced our home with the intention of it only being titled in my name; however the title company didn't get the memo and placed my husband on the deed. The mortgage/loan on the home is in my name only. Can he sign a quit claim to remove his name? He has since purchased his own home.

This will make you the sole owner of the property. Your husband won't have any claims over that property. Thanks
