My parents are adding me to the title on one of their properties, and i plan on comleting the quickclaim deed myself. How would the wording in the deed be different if they are adding me to title as oppose to transfering the title to me.

Hi Garyc!

Welcome to forums!

Well... this is a legal issue and it will be better if you could take the help of a real estate attorney and take his help in drafting the quitclaim deed.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
