elisa gomez Guest	Posted: Sun Jul 10, 2011 7:50 am    Post subject: home in foreclosure can i quitclaim deed my estrange husband Like 0 Dislike 0 trying to process a loan modificaton and my husband & i no longer live togerther the mortgage co. is asking me for a quit claim deed to remove him from the deed. Questions is my mortgage has already put my home in foreclosure. Can i still get a quit claim deed taking his name off the deed if my home is in foreclosere? Mortgage is working with me. It will be better if he could take the opinion of the lender before transferring the property. Thanks
