It looks (from a cursory view of Google) that Debtors' Court is abundant in Alabama and perhaps nowhere else. Is that the case? WML - do you have a lawyer working with you (I presume not). Do you dare ask an officer of the court this question so you can get a real answer? _________________ George M.
