joy Cacho Guest	Posted: Mon Jul 11, 2011 9:47 pm    Post subject: need deed Like 0 Dislike 0 Our parents died with a will last year 2010. The house was left to us to sell and split. My brothers have been living there even before their their death and want to remain. We have filled out the tax exemption papers with the county of San Diego all we need is the deed transfer. I just need to know what form to use. The county is not helpful!!!! Thanks Bob

You will have to contact an attorney and probate the will. The attorney will let you know how you and your siblings will be able to get the property transferred in your names.
