Is it best to involve attorney in quit claim deed. This involves property in one state to be signed over that lives in another state...

Hi bvlang,

It is better to take the help of an attorney in order to get the quitclaim deed drafted. He will help you in drafting the quitclaim deed as per the guidelines of your state.

Thanks
