The seller is purchasing a Title Insurance policy for us. We want to have the home's title as joint tenents w/rights of survivorship as part of the home's title. The title company will not let me put joint tenents w/rights of survivorship on my home title and still write a title policy for us. Does anyone have an answer as to why Texas is like this? Thanks

Nevertheless, it will be better if you could contact an attorney based in Texas and take his opinion in this matter. Thanks
