realatives want property back, can they do this? I and a daughter from previous marriage are heirs to my husbands estate.

It would sure seem to me that you and your daughter are the owners. How "the relatives" would go about seizing the property is foreign to me. I don't think they'd have a collective leg to stand on if they sought to do this through a lawsuit, for example.

I'm of the opinion (not a legal opinion, mind you) that you're the two proper owners and that you can do with the property as you wish.
