MY MOTHER AND FATHER HAVE PASSED AWAY AND DID NOT LEAVE A WILL. I HAVE A SISTER AND SHE DOES NOT WANT THE HOUSE WHICH FULLY PAID FOR. MY SISTER WILL SIGHN A NOTARIZED LTTER SAYING DOES NOT WANT THE HOUSE. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET HOUSE PUT SOLELY IN MY NAME??? sARAH

You will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office in order to get the property transferred in your name. This will make you the sole owner of the property.
