Wht do i do with a quit claim that has been drawn up?

Like 0 Dislike 0 my grandmother had a quticlaim drew up 4 yrs before she died naming my mom, my sister and me on it and now we re trying to figure out what is the next step to take

You can contact a real estate attorney and he will let you know whether or not you need to do anything else. Thanks
