Can a Quit Claim deed in GA be used for Bahamas property

My wife is the oldest daughter and Executor of the will but wants nothing to do with the property and wants to give her third to her two sisters. How can this be done legally.

Any documentation from the United States would be inappropriate for use in any other country - unless the powers that be in that country authorize it, of course. _________________ George M.
