I n the event of a divorcee and the one spouse re-finance's after the divorcee is in effect for 11 year's , does this mean that a divorcee decree will overide her name on the actual intial Deed of trust when the house was purchased in 1995? Once this is done, that person will become the owner of the property and will be liable for the mortgage.
