how long do you have after signing a quit claim deed over holding 0 interest in the property to get life estate for your self and a girlfriend

You should include the clause of life estate in the property deed when you're signing the quitclaim deed. Now, you should contact a local real estate attorney and check out with him if there is a time period to include the life estate clause.
