My siblings just found out that our names are on my father's deed but also my uncle and my dad's girlfriend is on the deed to. My father left a life estate with our uncle and his girlfriend in his will. I want to know if we have any rights to my dad's estate? If everything is still in probate court

Hi slmiller,

If your names are mentioned in the property deed, then you all will be considered as one of the owners of the property. No one can remove you from the property. However, along with you all, your uncle and your father's girlfriend will also be able to stay in the property.
