i signed quite claim deed to our property she told me it was only for refinncing purpose with promiss return back to me later years my name was on title before quite claim deed and is community property state california now she wanted divorce we both have deposition and satlement file but no succed judge order case for later on jan date go back for trial is the judge going to make he to sell or split

Hi EZAT,

If you have signed the quitclaim deed, the property will go to your ex-spouse. However, if you can prove that you were scammed into signing that property over to your ex-spouse, then you will also be able to claim money from the sale of the property. You should contact your attorney and check out what legal actions you can take in this regard.
