My siblings and I are filing an affidavit of ownership in our county recorder's office in TX. We have all decided to sign the property over to one sibling. The house is still being paid for by my brother. I was trying to get an idea of how much this will cost us and I found 2 prices for this form. One says for on pending estates and the other says no estate pending. Which one will I need?
