We bought 24 ac from father in law it went thru title company and he has passed away we would like toput property back in trust

We bought the property for $300,000. and it was just appraised at $125,000. we would like to give the property back to the estate.It did go through a title company when we bought it Is this something that can be done my husband said that I can quit claim it to him if possable so My credit is not ruined it is an 817 his is and 814 but at least one of us will still have a good credit score.We have about 10 rental homes and r home is paid in full.Any help would be appreciated.Thank You

If you want to place the property in the trust, you should contact your real estate attorney for the same. The real estate attorney will help you in drafting the required deeds which will help you in transferring the property to the trust.
