cheryl Guest	Posted: Wed Aug 17, 2011 1:27 pm    Post subject: quickdeed Like 0 Dislike 0 once quickdeed is signed and divorce is final does a new title for the property automatically get generated with only the new property owners name on it. or was there something after divorce that i should have done to get new title.. the loan company will not let me take his name off loan. so he is trying to tell me that he still has ownership also on property and can make me and my son move so he can sell the house _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? The deed should be recorded at the county recorder's office in order to get the new title of the property generated. Once that's done, you will become the sole owner of the property. Then, you can refinance the mortgage or sell off the property. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
