me & my husband are seperated . he is the only name on the title of the house we lived in. he wants to give title to his father. im not on title does this require my signature?

As your name is not mentioned on the property deed as one of the owners of the property, you won't be liable for signing any documents, However, if you're residing in a community property state, then you may have to sign a quitclaim deed. You should contact a local real estate attorney and he will guide you further in this matter.
