Like 0 Dislike 0 My parents are 82 and 88 and in good health now. They live in RI and are thinking of an enhanced life estate deed which we are told does not have the 5year look back. Would this be a good thing for them to do or would it prevent them for qualifying for Medicaid when and if they need a nursing home?
